We, the people of the Yuchii Kusso Mvskoki (also known as YKMG) Tribe, a non-federally recognized sovereign Indian Tribal Government, do hereby adopt a constitution and By-Laws, and Articles of Incorporation (August 11, 2021) to promote the common good and well-being of the Tribes and government.

Protect and preserve the culture, traditions, and heritage, including the language, arts, crafts, and archaeological sites.

Protect the land, water, and natural resources.

Promote and protect the health and welfare of the people.

Encourage and promote educational opportunities for Members/Citizens of the Tribe—foster economic development.

Protect the individual rights of the members.

Acquire additional lands for the benefit of the Tribal Government.

Promote Self-Government and ensure the political integrity of the Nation.

Preserve, secure, and exercise all the inherent sovereign rights and powers of an Indian Tribal Nation.
